Terms and conditions

A traveling fee may apply for jobs with traveling time exceeding 30 minutes each way.

​

We require a deposit to secure all bookings. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. This amount will be credited to your Wedding Day balance; therefore it is NOT an extra charge. In the event of cancellations the deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee.

Should you have any skin reaction after your booking, we are unable to make any refunds.

Please notes, it is your responsibility to advice us should any changes, amercement to be make on your makeup and hair on the events day. we are happy to assist you to achieved the look you wanted, if there are no further changes or adjustment to be make before we finalize our service. it is not our responsible to provided any refund on the service provided on the day.
